Obroslyi Verkh is a 1,177 m summit in the south-eastern part of the Parashka ridge in the Skole Beskids (Lviv Oblast). For hikers heading to Parashka from Skole (about 5.7 km away) it is the first high summit of the crest: from here the path continues over Zelena and Tymkiv Verkh to Parashka itself (1,268 m), about 2.5 km to the north-west. The village of Korostiv is about 5 km away.

The neighbouring Zelena (1,217 m) is about 700 m to the north-west. About 1.5 km to the south stands the lower Havrylivka (923 m), and about 2.4 km to the south-east lies Korchanka (1,178 m), another of the ridge’s main summits. The mountain is within the Skole Beskids National Nature Park.
