Skole
Today Skole is one of the most popular vacation destinations in the Carpathians. People come here for outdoor activities in the Carpathians. The town has a lot to offer for those who like active recreation: Rafting. The most popular rivers for rafting are Stryi and Opir. There are routes of 1 and 2 levels of difficulty. On the Cheremosh and Tisa rivers, there are routes of the 4th level of difficulty; Hiking in the Carpathians (Parashka, Pikuy, Hamster, Hoverla, Pip Ivan, Chornohora ridge, Gorgany);
Rock climbing; bungee jumping; ski and snowboarding center with ski slopes of various difficulty levels and ski lifts; trout fishing. Equipment (suits, skis, snowboards, kayaks, kayaks) can be rented right on site.
Fans of relaxation and tranquility will be able to find their niche in the rest in Skole. At their service: A vat of hydrogen sulfide mineral water; spa center: swimming pools, saunas, massage parlors, gym; salt room; ice room; mineral water sources such as "Naftusya"; folk crafts workshops; souvenir shops.
One of the most fascinating places is Mount Parashka, located on the Parashka ridge in the Skole Beskydy. This is a place that offers beautiful views of the picturesque nature of the Carpathians. It is here that when you wake up in the morning, you realize what it is like to be "above the sky" when the lowlands and heights are buried in thick snow-white clouds.
Near the rocks, the locals will delight you with delicacies cooked over a fire.
