How to add your property

1. Open the “Add a property” form.
2. Enter the name, category, address and contacts, prices and amenities, and add a description and photos.
3. Submit it. After a moderator has checked it, your property will appear on the site.
4. Manage your page in your personal account (sign in with your phone number): update prices, photos and details.

Property and content requirements

• Accurate information: the real name and address, amenities and terms of stay.
• Your own photos, or photos you have the right to use.
• Current prices: update them in your account as the season changes.
• A working phone number guests can reach you on.
• Moderation: every property is checked before publication. We may edit or decline a page with inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Removal on request: you can change the information or unpublish your property at any time.

Paid promotion

If you want more enquiries, we offer additional formats:

• “Recommended”: a highlighted card with a badge in the catalogue.
• Higher in the catalogue: priority placement among listings for the duration of the campaign.
• Banner advertising on the site's pages.
• Blog articles about your property, services or area.

Bookings and commission

• Your phone number is shown on your property page, so guests call you and arrange their stay directly with you.
• Karpaty.rocks takes no commission on enquiries you receive through your own contacts from the free listing.
• Properties connected to Hotels24 get online booking on their page: the guest picks dates and a room and sends a request without calling. Guests pay no extra commission.

How much does a listing cost?

The basic listing is free. You only pay for additional promotion formats, and only if you choose them.

When will my property appear on the site?

After a moderator has checked it. If we need more details, we will contact you using the details you provided.

Can I change prices and photos after publication?

Yes. Sign in to your personal account with your phone number and update the information.

How do I remove my property?
