White Stone Rock
The White Stone Rock is located in the village of Dora in the Carpathians and is one of the most prominent natural attractions in Ukraine. This stone cliff has an unusual shape, resembling a giant's head made of white rock, rising to a height of 29 meters. The White Stone is not only a natural monument, but also a favorite vacation spot and photo shoot among tourists and travelers. The cliff top offers amazing views of the surrounding mountains and the Prut River valley. The natural monument is located within the Nadvirna district of Ivano-Frankivsk region. To the northwest of Dora is the northern part of Yaremche.
The White Stone are volcanic stones that stretch along a ridge and rise in the middle of a coniferous forest. From the rocks you can see Khomyak, Synyak, Yavirnyk, and Rokyta. On the south side, it is steep, so climbers go rock climbing there.
