Waterfall Kizya

A cascade of waterfalls with a height difference of 16 m. Located on a stream - the right tributary of the Biskiv stream. The stream flows through the village of the same name and flows into the river Putilka. Recently, the waterfall consists of dry stones, and the reason is mass deforestation and the general drying up of streams and springs. If you want to see it in action, it's better to go after prolonged rains or during the spring snowmelt. The name comes from the large number of roe deer that used to be very abundant, and the area is still attractive for deer, roe deer, hares, and wild boars. It is very easy and convenient to reach the waterfall. From the highway Vyzhnytsia - Putila, a transport road leads to the village of Biskiv, which will take us to this natural wonder in 5 kilometers. An interesting fact is that near the waterfall, a plant was discovered and studied, which scientists from all over the world have been searching for for many years (the only wild ancestor of modern wheat).
