Studenets Mountain
Mount Studenets (also known as Studinets, Studynets) is a 1671-meter peak of the Ukrainian Carpathians, located within the Horhan mountain range and is located in the Rozhniativ district of Ivano-Frankivsk region.
The peak is part of the Grofets-Popadia semicircle mountain system, which, in addition to Studenets Mountain, includes Petros Horhanskyi, Koretvina, Mala Popadia, Velyka Popadia, Parenky, Grofa , and Kyn-Grofetskyi.
The slopes of Mount Studenets are very steep and difficult to pass, except for the gentle southwestern slope, which forms a saddle and connects to the neighboring peak, Mount Petros Horhanskyi. The peak itself is completely covered with thickets of mountain pine - zherep.
The nearest settlement is the village of Osmoloda (Rozhniativ district, Ivano-Frankivsk region).
