Mykhailova Sadyba is a four-story cottage designed for 10 people (up to 12 by arrangement).
On the first floor, there is a kitchen, sauna, and a small swimming pool (the pool is small and not heated).
On the second floor, there is a large room with a fireplace. This fireplace serves as the main source of heat during the cold season and warms the house. Therefore, it may be a bit troublesome to ensure that the flame is constantly burning, especially at night and during cold winter mornings.
On the third floor, there are rooms: one single room and three double rooms, as well as a bathroom and shower.
On the fourth floor, there are also sleeping rooms: one separate double room and another larger room with a double bed. This floor offers beautiful views from the window.
The homestead area is quite large: there are parking spaces and a gazebo with a grill. The sauna, located on the first floor of the house, is available for an additional fee of 600 UAH per evening.
Mykhailova Sadyba is located in a remote part of the village of Kuzminec. It is a tranquil, mountainous, authentic settlement with a pleasant atmosphere. Here you can find a shop.
And perhaps the main advantage of Mykhailova Sadyba is that the cottage is situated by the banks of the mountain river Limnytsia, which is worth noting, constantly makes noise. There is also a descent to the river via concrete steps, surrounded by beautiful nature and minimal residential buildings.
