The private homestead "U Kulyka" is located in the village of Iltsi, 1300 meters from the Tatariv – Kosiv road. Guests have access to a five-story cottage with 9 rooms. The first floor is equipped with a kitchen where you can heat food (refrigerator, electric and gas stove, electric kettle, microwave). The dining room accommodates 20 people. Guests are provided with the opportunity to use a washing machine and an iron. Parking is available near the cottage. The territory of the homestead "U Kulyka" is equipped with a barbecue area. Guests can also use sauna services for an additional fee. It is possible to arrange activities such as berry or mushroom picking, hiking in the mountains. The nearest shop or café is 1.3 km away.

Additional sleeping arrangements may be provided. This service is paid and requires prior agreement during booking. Children under 7 years old without a separate sleeping place and meals stay for free.

By public transport: bus route Kyiv - Khmelnytskyi - Ternopil - Ivano-Frankivsk - Verkhovyna. From Ivano-Frankivsk, take a bus or minibus towards Verkhovyna. Before reaching Verkhovyna, get off in Iltsi at the Hrabovets settlement near the shop "Okolytsia". By car: from Ivano-Frankivsk via Yaremche, in Tatariv turn according to the sign to Vorokhta or Kosiv, drive to the village of Iltsi. You can arrange a meeting with the hosts.
