The homestead is located on the edge of the town of Vorokhta (if coming from the side of Tatariv towards Verkhovyna), 1.5 km from the Tatariv-Verkhovyna road, 7 km from the center of Vorokhta, and 8.5 km from the ski complex "Vorokhta", 30 km from the "Bukovel" ski resort.
This homestead is designed for nature lovers and those wishing to be far from the city noise. There are views of the Chornohirskyi ridge, including Mount Hoverla. In summer, you can go mushroom picking and enjoy plenty of forest berries, while in winter you can go sledding.
The entrance to the second floor is separate, which has a terrace, two rooms with double beds, one bathroom, and a mini kitchen with a kettle, dishes, microwave, and refrigerator.
On the first floor, there is a terrace, corridor, bathroom, and one room with a double bed, a sofa bed, a table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, kettle, dishes, and refrigerator.
It can be rented either as a whole house or by floors.
