Homestead "Hutsulochka"

The Homestead "Hutsulochka" has two three-room suites. One suite consists of three rooms: a living room, a shower room, and a bathroom, fully equipped. In this three-room suite, there is also a mini kitchen. All necessary utensils for cooking are provided. The suite is designed for group and family vacations. Each room in this suite has a large double bed, and in two of them, there is a double sofa bed, while one room has a single bed chair. The living room features a sofa bed, a soft folding chair, and a folding table for a certain number of people, as well as soft chairs and a mini kitchen. The entrance to this three-room suite is separate, as is the entrance to each room. Each room in this suite has a television and all necessary furniture. On the third floor, there is another three-room suite. The shower room is equipped with everything necessary, and there is a hall with a folding table for a certain number of people and soft chairs, as well as a mini kitchen, and all necessary utensils for dining are provided upon request. One room in this suite is equipped with two single beds, a television, and necessary furniture. The second room has a double bed, a television, and furniture, while the third room features a personal balcony with a table and soft chairs, a television, furniture, and a double soft sofa bed. This suite also has an internal balcony. The house has a kitchen. For group or individual orders, the hosts provide meals by mutual agreement. The house is fully ECO-built from timber and is finished with wood on the outside and inside, insulated. The house has individual gas water heating. The water is spring water as well as from a well. The price varies depending on the season. We can rent out either by the suite or by the room, depending on the number of people and children. The price can be negotiated. It is advisable to clarify before booking. We are ready for a reasonable compromise. Smoking in the house is prohibited. It is preferable not to disturb us with pets and very noisy companies.
