Two-storey cottage "Villa Medova" with 5 rooms. Located in the city of Kosiv, 3 km from the city center, 1.5 m from the Kosiv - Verkhovyna highway. The villa borders the territory of the National Nature Park "Hutsulshchyna". On the territory, there is a spa complex "Kosiv-bath", a gazebo, and a barbecue area. Nearby are a river and a forest. The nearest cafe is 100 m away, and a shop is 1.5 km away.
- On the first floor - kitchen-dining room (electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, sink, dishes, fireplace, tables with chairs). There are apartments with a separate entrance on the first floor - a hall with a wardrobe, kitchen (induction stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink, dining table), double room (double bed, wardrobe, TV; additional place - sofa bed), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
- On the second floor, there are 3 double rooms (each has a double bed or 2 single beds, wardrobe, TV, bathroom - shower, toilet, sink; two rooms have a chest of drawers, one room has a balcony and an additional place - sofa bed).
- Two-room suite (living room - 2 sofa beds, wardrobe, balcony; bedroom - double bed, chest of drawers, TV; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink).
- Autonomous water heating, cold and hot water available constantly.
- You can cook your own meals in the kitchen.
- Apitherapy (treatment with bees, sleeping on hives) - 50 UAH per person per hour.
- Room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels (2 per person) - once every 3 days.
- Health bath - 500 UAH for 1 hour, 800 UAH for 2 hours. During the New Year period (20.12-19.01) - 600 UAH for 1 hour, 1000 UAH for 2 hours. Caps are included in the price.
- Finnish wood sauna for 6 persons with a contrast pool and relaxation room - 600 UAH for 1 hour, during the New Year period (20.12-19.01) - 800 UAH for 1 hour. Minimum order - 2 hours. Caps are included in the price.
- Sheets or towels - 20 UAH per person.
- Tea, honey, towels - for an additional charge.
- Massage services - 150 UAH for 30 minutes.
