The private homestead "U Neli" is located in the famous resort village of Solochyn, known for its mineral springs, not far from the sanatorium "Kvitka Polonyny". Guests are offered accommodation in a 3-story building equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Guests have the option to stay in double and quadruple rooms. On the first floor of the homestead "U Neli", there is a kitchen-dining room. The territory features a gazebo and a barbecue area, and there is a beehive in the garden. Parking for cars and Wi-Fi are provided. Excursions can be organized: Berehove (thermal waters), Solotvyno, trout farm. Ski equipment rental is available for guests. The nearest ski lift is 400 m away.

By public transport - to Svalyava station by any train heading to Uzhhorod, then by bus, minibus, or taxi. By car - along the Kyiv-Lviv-Chop highway (M-06), in Svalyava turn towards the village of Polyana, after the village of Holubyn, at the entrance to the village of Solochyn, turn right at the sanatorium "Kvitka Polonyny".
