Private homestead "U Mykolky" is located in the village of Yablunytsia, 8.7 km from the Bukovel ski resort, and 35 km from the district center of Yaremche. For accommodation, double and triple economy category rooms and a family room are offered. The rooms are equipped with single and double beds, and all necessary amenities for living. The house has a mini-kitchen on the 1st floor, a dining room for 8-10 people, a double room, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. On the 2nd floor, there are guest rooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower and toilet. Guests have access to autonomous heating, cold and hot water. There is a designated relaxation area with a barbecue on the premises. Nearby, there are several shops, cafes, and restaurants. The distance from the private homestead "U Mykolky" to the bus station (Polianytsia) is 8.8 km, and to the train station (Vorokhta) - 6.9 km.

Children of any age are allowed to stay. Extra beds are provided.

You can reach the village of Yablunytsia by train from Lviv to Rakhiv or by diesel from Ivano-Frankivsk to Rakhiv. You can also get there by minibus from Ivano-Frankivsk to Rakhiv via the village of Yablunytsia, or by minibus from Ivano-Frankivsk to Yablunytsia.
