Polyana
The small village of Polyana is a real balneological resort that surprises guests with clean air, fantastic views of the Carpathians, and healing waters.
Polyana's sanatoriums specialize in treating the digestive system. People with stomach ulcers, erosion, and gastritis should go here. It will also be useful to visit a small Carpathian resort for those who have recently undergone digestive surgery - if you feel strong enough to travel. Although officially the local sanatoriums are only for adults, children and teenagers will also benefit from trying the local water.
Walking outside of Polyana, you can see rare representatives of the fauna that are found only in the Carpathians - and nowhere else in the world. For example, the spotted salamander is found here - black, lizard-like, with bright yellow spots.
