Private Homestead "Teremok" Vyshka

Private Homestead "Teremok" in the village of Vyshka has three cottages for 7, 9, and 10 guests (a total of 26 places), located in a picturesque area of the village of Vyshka, 100 meters from the nearest ski slope - the chairlift, near Mount Krasia - a well-known ski resort, 60 km from the city of Uzhhorod. Guests have access to a sauna, garden, outdoor pool, barbecue and gazebo. There is a Carpathian bath 3-4 km from the homestead.

• Two-story cottage for 9 guests. On the first floor - living room with fireplace (sofa, table with chairs, TV, kitchenette - microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishes, sink), exit to the terrace (table with chairs), bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, sink). On the second floor - double room (double bed, TV, extra place - folding chair), four-person room (double bed, folding sofa, TV, extra place - folding chair), exit to the balcony (table with chairs). Heating: warm air. Water supply: cold water constantly, hot - boiler for 100 l.

• Two-story cottage for 10 guests. On the first floor - two-room suite (living room - folding sofa, folding chair, dining table with chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, fireplace; bedroom - double bed, TV; bathroom - shower, toilet, bidet, sink). On the second floor - family room (double and large single bed, folding sofa, dresser, TV, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink). Heating: electric convectors. Water supply: cold water constantly, hot - boiler for 100 l.
• Room cleaning - as needed, bed linen change - once every 5 days, towel change (2 per person) - once every 5 days or as needed.
• Three meals a day in the cafe - 250 UAH/day. Ukrainian cuisine, Transcarpathian and Hungarian dishes. Organization of banquets, corporate events, and other celebrations. The nearest cafe is 100 m away (operating in winter), store - 2 km.
• Russian bath for 6 persons with a contrast pool - 250 UAH per hour. Minimum order 2 hours.
• Check-in from 12:00, check-out until 10:00.
• The accommodation is equipped with a balcony, relaxation area, fireplace, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV with satellite television. Bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

Guests can prepare meals in the mini-kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle or use the barbecue facilities on the premises. The guest house serves dishes of Ukrainian, Hungarian, and Transcarpathian cuisine. Room service is available upon request, breakfast is served in the rooms, and packed lunches are prepared. Guests can sing karaoke, play billiards, and attend skiing lessons.

The distance from the guest house "Teremok" to the city of Mukachevo is 110 km.

Travel to Uzhhorod by train, plane, or bus, then take the Uzhhorod - Lyuta or Uzhhorod - Krasia bus to the village of Vyshka. In winter, during the ski season, buses run to Vyshka from the Uzhhorod railway station on weekends. For those driving from Lviv or through Lviv, the shortest route goes through Turka, but since it can be quite extreme (a lot of snow in winter), we recommend getting to Uzhhorod (international route Kyiv-Lviv-Chop), and then via the R-39 road to the village of Kostryno, where you need to turn right at the crossing to the village of Vyshka. You can arrange a meeting with the hosts.

Our homestead is surrounded by a forest and is close to the road. Flowers, silence, and the singing of birds greet our guests. The area is spacious and safe for small children, making it very comfortable for families with children to relax with us. In winter, a great advantage is that our guests can walk from the ski slope to their cottage in 5 minutes to warm up, rest, or eat. In summer, just stepping out of the house, our guests find themselves in the coolness of the dense green forest. It is comfortable to relax in our homestead during the summer heat because the wooden buildings keep cool when it is hot outside. Another important advantage of our area is that there are no mosquitoes! With all the advantages of pristine nature around, the accommodation for our guests is equipped with all the necessary modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The territory has a wood-burning bath operating year-round, a children's playground. There is an opportunity to gather at a large table in the gazebo with a barbecue, and we will gladly set a festive table and invite colorful musicians.

I, Maria, and my husband Yuriy, love our work very much, and therefore we live in the homestead year-round to respond promptly to the requests and wishes of our guests. In our free time, we read a lot, including about the history of our region. We love to travel and have visited many countries in Europe. I am interested in the cuisine of different nations and try to recreate the dishes I have tasted in various countries in my kitchen. We also enjoy skiing.

The surroundings of our homestead are rich in interesting places. We are located in the territory of the Uzhansky National Nature Park, which is of interest to scientists worldwide for its unique plants and rare birds. The Austro-Hungarian defense line passes through our lands, where about 30 objects of the Arpad line have been found. Within a radius of 10-30 km, ancient wooden churches from the 17th century have been preserved, which are still functioning today. 15 km away is the site where the largest meteorite in Europe fell in 1866, named "Knyahynya," just like the village where it fell. 20 km from us is a mountain where the borders of three countries meet: Ukraine, Slovakia, and Poland. Nearby, there is a spring with healing water and baths in mineral water tanks. We organize excursions for our guests to all these and other places and offer transfer services. An interesting excursion to the castles of Transcarpathia and the thermal pools of our region is also available. An exciting horseback ride through the mountains of varying difficulty is enjoyable for both adults and children. To visit and see all these interesting places, it is worth coming to us for a longer period, and we will do our best to ensure that our guests' vacation is interesting, diverse, and unforgettable!
