The sanatorium "Poliana" is located 1.2 km from the center of the village Poliana. Guests are provided with rooms equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds with bed linen, a television, a wardrobe, a work desk, and access to Wi-Fi. Some rooms have a balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower or bathtub, sink, toilet, and towels. On the territory of the sanatorium, there is a dining room where three meals a day are served, a bar, a private pump room with two types of mineral waters from Poliana, a hydrotherapy center, a balneotherapy center, a diagnostic complex, a treatment department, a pharmacy, a sports equipment rental point, a children's playground, and a library. The distance from the sanatorium "Poliana" to the bus station "Svalyava" is 10 km, and to the railway station "Svalyava" - 9.7 km. Parking is paid.

The main therapeutic factor is the famous mineral waters of the Poliana resort: "Poliana Kupel" and "Poliana Kvasova", which are used for both drinking therapy and external hydrotherapy. The profile of the health resort includes diseases of the stomach; intestines; liver; bile ducts; urogenital system; metabolism; nervous system; cardiovascular system.
The sanatorium can be reached by public transport or by your own car.
The dining room of the sanatorium serves three meals a day with dietary options.
