The accommodation consists of 7 rooms for 14 guests, situated on the first and second floors. The homestead is two-storied, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 2 showers on the first floor. The second floor features improved double rooms. The homestead also has a barrel of ofuro for an additional fee, and there is a barbecue and a table with benches near the house. The nearest ski lift is 14.5 km away. Ivano-Frankivsk is located 130 km from the homestead "Pid Vukhatym Kamenem."

To reach the homestead by public transport, for example, by bus from Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, or Ivano-Frankivsk, you need to get to Verkhovyna. From Verkhovyna to Dzembronia, you can take a bus (which departs several times a day) or a taxi. If you are driving your own car, you can drive from Ivano-Frankivsk through Yaremche to Tatariv, then along the Tatariv-Kosiv (R-24) road to the village of Iltsi. In Iltsi, turn right at the sign "Burkut." In the village of Dzembronia, pass the church and continue straight for about 1.7 km to the house.
