The private homestead "Perelaz" is located in the village of Lazeshchyna and consists of a three-story building built in 2011. On the first floor, there is a dining room equipped with a dining table and chairs, as well as a television. There is also access to a balcony and a bathroom. The second and third floors house rooms, each equipped with a bed, a hanger, a television, and a bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage. Guests can relax in the sauna. For active leisure enthusiasts, excursions and mountain hikes with guides, mushroom and berry picking, horseback riding, and trout fishing are organized for an additional fee. On the territory of the homestead "Perelaz", there is a grocery store, a kolyba, and parking. The cottage is located 10 m from the main road and 2 km from the center of the village of Lazeshchyna. The nearest café is 3 km away. The distance to Yasinya is 5 km, to Dragobrat is 9 km, and to Bukovel is 13 km.

By public transport: by train Lviv-Rakhiv, diesel Ivano-Frankivsk-Rakhiv or Kolomyia-Rakhiv to the village of Lazeshchyna. By bus Ivano-Frankivsk-Rakhiv, Ivano-Frankivsk-Khust, Ivano-Frankivsk-Solotvyno, Ivano-Frankivsk-Mukacheve to the village of Lazeshchyna. By car: drive along the Ivano-Frankivsk-Mukacheve (H-09) highway to the village of Lazeshchyna, you can arrange a meeting with the hosts.
