Private homestead "Zelena Kosytsia" is a two-storey house designed for accommodation of 15 persons, located in the village of Lazeshchyna, 200 meters from the center, next to the road. On the first floor, there is a small dining room, a kitchen equipped with all necessary household appliances, a shared bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, as well as one triple room. The second floor features a hall, double, triple, and quintuple rooms. Each of them is equipped with beds, coat racks, and all necessary furniture. For guests of the homestead "Zelena Kosytsia", there is a shared bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet, and sink. If desired, guests can order meals for an additional fee or prepare their own food in the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, and a set of dishes (the cost of use should be clarified when booking). Dining room and hall are available, equipped with a dining table and a television. As an additional service, upon prior arrangement and for an extra fee, it is possible to organize transfers, excursions, mountain hikes, horseback riding, ski equipment rental, bathhouse, sauna, table tennis, barbecue, and barbecue equipment. Staying with pets and the validity should be clarified when booking. Near the homestead "Zelena Kosytsia", there is a recreation area by the river. Cafes and a shop are located 150 meters from the house. The homestead is located not far from the ski resorts Dragobrat (10 km), Bukovel (12 km), the distance to Hoverla and Petros is 15 km, and the geographical center of Europe (village of Dilove) is 60 km away.

By car - along the Ivano-Frankivsk-Mukachevo highway (H-09) to the village of Lazeshchyna, the homestead is located on the left side of the road, 200 m from the center of the village. By train to the village of Lazeshchyna, from the station to the homestead - 1.5 km. By train to the village of Yasinya, then by bus to the village of Lazeshchyna.
