The rooms are wooden, have original design, green plants, and a handwoven carpet on the floor. It is always cozy here: both in summer and winter. Each cottage has 2 rooms and 1 shared bathroom: - Standard No. 1 on the first floor: double room (double bed, TV, furniture), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). - Standard No. 2 on the second floor: double room (two single beds, TV, furniture).

All cottages are centrally heated, well insulated, and have underfloor heating. The beds are made of wood, all with orthopedic mattresses. Such a cottage is a good option for a family. There is a table in the yard. A sauna is nearby. Free wireless internet (Wi-Fi). Hot and cold water is available 24/7. The hotel has parking, a sauna, ski rental services, and laundry and ironing services are available. Near the "huts" there is a gym, massage room, conference hall, library, cafe and restaurant, kolyba, lift, market, and grocery store, post office, internet cafe. • Two-story cottage with sauna: on the first floor - sauna. On the second floor (with a separate entrance) - triple room (double bed, sofa bed, TV, electric kettle, tableware, bathroom - shower, toilet, sink). Heating: autonomous water. Water supply: cold and hot water constantly.
• Two-story cottage for 8 people: on the first floor - kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes), 2 double rooms (one has a double bed, folding chair, wardrobe, TV, fireplace, table with chairs, the other has a double bed, wardrobe), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). On the second floor (with a separate entrance) - 2 double rooms (one has a double bed, wardrobe, TV, the other has a double bed, wardrobe), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Heating: autonomous water. Water supply: cold and hot water constantly.

Two or three meals a day - by arrangement, home cooking. There is an opportunity to use the kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator). The nearest cafe, restaurant, store is 600 m away.
Sauna for 8 people with a contrast pool (1.5x1.7x2 m): spring, autumn - 100 UAH, winter - 150 UAH per hour.
