The two-storey cottage "Ozernyi" accommodates 12 guests and is located in the village of Lazeshchyna, 12 km from Mount Hoverla, 1.5 km from the village center and the highway, halfway between the ski resorts "Bukovel" and "Dragobrat", on the way to Kozmeshchik (the starting point for Hoverla). Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The nearest airport is located in Ivano-Frankivsk.
- On the first floor - kitchen (electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink, dining table); double room (double bed, wardrobe), four-person room (2 single beds, double sofa bed, wardrobe); bathroom (bathtub, toilet, sink).
- On the second floor - hall (table with chairs for 10 people, TV); 2 triple rooms (double and single beds, wardrobe); separate bathroom (shower cabin, sink; separately - toilet, sink).

- Meals: breakfast - 80 UAH, dinner - 100 UAH. Ukrainian cuisine, Transcarpathian dishes. The nearest shop is 100 m away, café - 1.5 km.
- Room cleaning, bed linen and towel change (1 per person) - once every 5 days.
- Hiking in the mountains (groups of 5 or more - 300 UAH per person per day). Equipment rental for mountain hikes (for a group of 15 people). Nearby there is a ski lift.
