The first floor features a living room and kitchen. The second floor has a hall and rooms with all amenities. Cold and hot water is available continuously (a feature of the homestead is that the water is supplied from a high mountain spring (greenhouses), studies have shown that the water is extremely soft, without limestone).

You can cancel your reservation for free directly 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the cost of the first night if you cancel within 7 days before arrival.

The hosts can organize your vacation upon request: hiking in the mountains, museum tours, master classes, rafting, fishing, mushroom and berry picking, collecting medicinal herbs, quad biking, paintball, mineral water baths, etc. You will be able to touch the authenticity and learn more about this artistically rich region, as the hosts have full besags* (traditional Hutsul woven double bag) of stories about their native land, customs, and traditions of the Hutsuls and are eager to share this rich "content" with all those in love with Hutsulshchyna.

To quench your artistic "thirst", nearby is the museum of Halyna Verkhovynka (real name - Halyna Yatsentyuk, 1962) - a poetess-collector of folk folklore and Carpathian antiquities, where embroidered shirts and household items from all over Verkhovyna are presented.
From the windows of the homestead, there is an incredible view of the Krynta, Mahura, Pushkar, and Chornohirskyi mountain ranges. For the brave and active, the route to the legendary mountain Bila Kobyla starts from here.
Nearby is a ski lift (2 km) - a great reason to visit our "little Switzerland" in winter. However, the mountain ranges are beautiful at any time of the year and captivate with their blessed tranquility, occasionally disturbed by forest inhabitants. The distance to the village of Vorokhta is 29 km, to the village of Mykulychyn – 46 km. The nearest airport in Ivano-Frankivsk is located 117 km from the guest house "Pid Yasenem".
