Садиба "Лісова казка" знаходиться в лісовій місцевості на виїзді з міста Яремче в сторону Буковеля. На великій території розміщуються 2 котеджі і будинок. Котедж забезпечений автономним водяним опаленням, холодною і гарячою водою постійно. Для проживаючих є можливість прання одягу, користування пральною машиною, праскою. До послуг гостей садиби "Лісова казка": 2 альтанки, мангал, гойдалка, фонтан, мисливський будинок з мангалом, лазня на дровах, літня тераса, організація екскурсій на Говерлу, Манявський скит, печери Довбуша (500 м), походи в гори, катання на конях. Близько садиби починається дорога на Стежку Довбуша і гору Маковиця.
