Yablunytsia is a village in the Chernivtsi region, Putyla district, Ukraine. Population (according to the last census): 745 people. Distance to the city of Chernivtsi: 130 km.

Traditional folk crafts: Easter egg painting, artistic embroidery. The community of the village is proud of its folk craftsmen in artistic embroidery.

1945 - The Obelisk of Glory was erected in memory of the villagers who died during the liberation battles in the village in 1940-1945.

October 27 - Village Day, a holiday dedicated to the villagers. There is an exhibition of amateur performances, an exhibition of arts and crafts masters.

The first Sunday in May is the gathering of Easter egg painters: a scientific and practical conference, the "Painted Easter Egg" festival, and an exhibition of young Easter egg painters.
The wooden church in Yablunytsia was built in 1877. In fact, it was the previous church that burned down in 1933. A new wooden church was built in 1937 (1939 is also mentioned) on the site of the destroyed one. It was dedicated at the same time. It is not known whether it was operational during the Soviet period. It is not considered an architectural monument.
The church can be seen in the northern part of Yablunytsia, just 70 meters west of the main road, not far south of the hydroelectric power station. The church has a distinctive cross-shaped three-story shrine in which the side frames of the nave, like the altar, are faceted in plan. The main structure of the church has several symmetrical annexes: two to the altar, two (?) to the side nave ramens, and a porch at the western wall of the narthex.
The shrine is surrounded by a canopy, which rests on the profiled crowns of the log cabins. The walls under the chancel and of all the annexes are now covered with blockboard (before the renovation, the painted walls of the log cabin beams were visible), and the walls above the chancel are covered with coated tin. To the southwest of the church there is a walled bell tower with four bells of different sizes, the walls of which ... are also covered with coated tin.
