Skupova meadow - Verkhovyna district, Ivano-Frankivsk region. The owner of the meadow: Ivan Nedokhodyuk.

Skupova is one of the highest mountains of the Hryniava Ridge. Unlike other mountains, it is quite inhabited: there are shepherds on both sides of the ridge, and a road junction in the saddle below the top. One of them traverses Skupova in an easterly direction and leads to the village of the same name, past Mount Yablunytsia (1107 meters). From Yablunytsia, the road runs through Dovhopillia and Stebnia to the village of Usteriki, and from there, through Verkhniy Yaseniv, it turns to Bukovets, to the Verkhovyna-Ivano-Frankivsk highway.

In the western direction, right from the Skupova meadow (a landmark is a cowshed), you can go to the village of Zelene and from there, through Topilche and Krasnyk, return to the starting point. By the way, this road has a better surface. The meadow has created favorable conditions for living and visiting, familiarizing yourself with the production processes and just relaxing.

Huts on the Skupova meadow

A little-known meadow of a small ridge that belongs to the Hryniava Mountains, and is located just above the road leading from Verkhovyna village to Zelene village. The Skupova meadow is located in the center of the eponymous ridge, which in turn is connected to the Krynta ridge. Nowadays, this meadow is maintained by a local resident from the village of Holovy. In winter, a smaller hut is open with a good stove and many beds.
