Three-story house of the homestead "Koloryt" for 4-11 persons. The homestead is located in the village of Mykulychyn, 300 m from the N-09 highway and the center of the village. Next to the river, where you can swim in the summer. In the yard, there is a hut, a swing, and a gazebo, nearby is "Lisovyy Budynok". The hosts live separately.

Minimum rental period - 2 days. The minimum booking period for the New Year and May holidays is 3 days. PRICE is indicated based on accommodation for 2 persons, for each additional accommodation + 230 UAH.

In the basement - dining room for 10 seats.
On the first floor - kitchenette, room №1 (double and single beds, TV, wardrobe), separate bathroom (toilet and sink, bathtub).
On the second floor - two-room room №2 (in one room - double bed, TV; in the other - double and single beds, TV, wardrobe, safe, balcony; bathroom - shower, toilet, sink).
On the third floor - room №3 (attic type, decorated with wood). In the room - double bed, TV, sofa bed, separate bathroom (shower and toilet).
Autonomous water heating, cold water constantly, hot - boiler.
Two meals a day - by arrangement. There is an opportunity to use the kitchen (stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes). The nearest cafe, shop - 300 m.
Room cleaning - daily, bed linen change - once a week, towel change (1 per person) - as needed.

Additional services and entertainment can be ordered:

Sauna for 2-4 persons - 150 UAH per hour.
Transport services, including transfers to the homestead and ski lifts.
Trips to the mountains in a retro car.
Sports ground.
Hiking in the mountains, mushroom and berry picking.
Table tennis.
Additional place - 100 UAH.
Discounts for long-term stays - by arrangement. In high season, prepayment is mandatory (money transfer).

By train to Ivano-Frankivsk, then by minibus, train Lviv – Rakhiv or diesel to the village of Mykulychyn. By car - to Ivano-Frankivsk, then along the N-09 highway to the village of Mykulychyn. In Mykulychyn, pass the hotel "Zori Karpat", the bridge, after the bridge turn left, go about 300 m, the cottage is on the right by the road.
