The Cottage "7Ya" is located in the village of Verkhovyna, 1.5 km from the center and 3.3 km from the nearest ski lift. The accommodation of the two-story cottage consists of 6 rooms, which can accommodate from 12 to 14 guests at the same time. On the first floor, there is a kitchen-living room (fold-out corner sofa, table with chairs, television), a double standard room, and a bathroom. On the second floor, there are 3 double standard rooms, 2 improved double rooms, and a bathroom. All rooms in the cottage are well-furnished, equipped with a double bed or a fold-out sofa, a wardrobe for storing belongings, and a television. Guests can prepare their own meals in the fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink). The nearest café is 800 m away, and the store is 100 m away. The distance to the bus station in the village of Verkhovyna is 1.2 km, and to the railway station in the village of Vorokhta is 31.6 km.

Accommodation with children of different ages is possible. There is a baby cot available.

By car, driving from the center of the town of Verkhovyna, pass the bus station, and go straight on the dirt road for 1 km to the store "Olviya". After that, the first turn to the left, drive 200 m, and the destination will be on the right.

There is a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.
