The living room "Zatyn" is located in Yaremche - a picturesque corner of Prykarpattia, situated on the banks of the Prut River. The resort is known not only for its "green tourism" but also for its healing mineral waters (the spring is located 200 m from the hotel), clean forest air, and a favorable atmosphere for relaxation. Hotel "Zatyn" is a complex of 3 cottages: a main three-story one and 2 wooden two-story ones. Guests can be accommodated in rooms of the following categories: double, two-level, and two-room, equipped with comfortable furniture, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, satellite TV, and other necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. For those staying at hotel "Zatyn", there are many additional services available: transfer to the lifts, quad biking, horseback riding, and cycling tours. Accommodation with pets is not allowed. After active walks in the fresh air, guests can restore their strength in the sauna located in the hotel complex. For those wishing to relax in nature with barbecues, a grill and gazebo are provided. There is a dining room on the premises where guests can enjoy dishes of national Ukrainian and Hutsul cuisine. Off-road trips are organized. The duration of the trip is 4 hours (35 km). The hotel is located 400 m from the highway. The distance from hotel "Zatyn" to the Yaremche ski lift is 5.5 km, and to the Bukovel ski resort is 29 km.

By car from Ivano-Frankivsk to Yaremche, drive to the edge of the village, turn right before the bridge, and follow the sign to homestead "Zatyn" for 400 m.
