The private homestead "SHULC" is located in a picturesque corner of the Carpathians, 500 m from the first lift of the ski resort "Bukovel" in the village of Polyanytsia. The new five-story homestead "SHULC" is designed for the simultaneous accommodation of 100 guests in 27 comfortable rooms of categories "luxury", "semi-luxury", and "standard". The interior of the homestead "Shulc" is executed in accordance with the best traditions of Austrian-Swiss style, successfully combining modernity and comfort. The one-room (luxury rooms - two-room) have everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a double bed or two single beds, satellite television, a bathroom (with a shower, toilet, sink), free Internet access via Wi-Fi, and a balcony with a beautiful mountain panorama. In the "luxury" rooms, there is also a soft corner, while in the "semi-luxury" rooms, a bunk bed or a soft sofa is additionally installed. Wooden flooring is present in all rooms. On the first floor of the homestead "SHULC", there is a restaurant with 100 seats, where you can enjoy delicious and convenient meals without burdening yourself with unnecessary household troubles, as relaxation should be comfortable.
