Private Homestead "Ski Khata" offers you a vacation in the mountains, among majestic, quiet, beautiful peaks, friendly and hospitable people, amidst the tranquility and beauty of the mountains. At the homestead "Ski Khata", excellent conditions are created for family vacations, restoring your strength and health. The homestead is surrounded by mountains on one side, which shield it from cold winds, while on the other side it is washed by the mountain river Prut. All this creates unique landscapes and climatic conditions, making your vacation comfortable both in winter and summer. Very democratic prices for accommodation and Ukrainian color will leave unforgettable impressions of your stay.

The homestead is located at the entrance to the ski resort "Bukovel". The lift No. 1 is 250 meters away. "Ski Khata" consists of a hotel and a cottage, the cottage offers accommodation for tourists in 5 comfortable rooms, while the hotel has 18 rooms of various classes, with a restaurant located on the first floor of the hotel. The cottage is decorated in the style of the 70s - the interior features fragments of clay walls and ceilings, woven carpets by the hostess on the walls, carved cornices for curtains, and handmade furniture. The hotel is designed in a modern style, with each room equipped with a double bed, bathrooms with heated floors, satellite television, and Internet (Wi-Fi).

The homestead in Bukovel "Ski Khata" offers accommodation for every taste! Whether you want to relax with family or a large group — we offer you a family-type cottage. The two-story cottage is built from eco-friendly logs, has several rooms with a fireplace, and is an excellent option for staying here with children. We also have rooms of three different types: Standard, Junior Suite, and Suite with a fireplace. All of them are cozy and equipped with necessary handmade furniture — such an option is great for small groups or family couples.

Private Homestead "Ski Khata" consists of a hotel and a cottage, with a restaurant serving Ukrainian cuisine, reception, and a ski equipment storage room located on the first floor of the hotel. Children up to 6 years old stay for free without providing a main sleeping place and breakfast. After submitting a request on our website, you must wait for confirmation of room availability, and you need to make an advance payment for the first night of stay; during holiday periods, an advance payment of 30% of the total accommodation cost is required. Check-in time is after 14:00, and check-out is until 12:00. Late check-out is provided subject to availability of free rooms. The surcharge for late check-out from 12:00 to 17:00 is 30% of the room rate. In case of no-show for the reserved room, the advance payment is non-refundable. Full payment for accommodation is made on the day of arrival. In case of early departure, payment is non-refundable.

In the modern restaurant of the hotel "Khata" with gray-white furnishings, dishes of Ukrainian cuisine are served, as well as traditional local delicacies. Drinks can be ordered at the stylish bar.
