Homestead "Hutsulskyi Krai" is located near the H-09 highway, at an altitude of 950 m above sea level. The homestead consists of a 2-storey cottage with 7 rooms and a 3-storey house with 10 rooms. A convenient asphalt road leads to the guest house "Hutsulskyi Krai". The cottage features "semi-lux" and "lux" class rooms, while the house offers "lux" and double rooms. Guests have access to parking, a gazebo, and a barbecue area on the premises. There is a washing machine and an iron available. Nearby the house, there is a garden and a kolyba. By train, there is a connection from Lviv to Rakhiv, and by diesel from Ivano-Frankivsk to Rakhiv to the village of Yablunytsia. By car: to Ivano-Frankivsk, then along the highway towards Rakhiv to Yaremche, the village of Mykulychyn, Tatariv, before reaching the pass in the village of Yablunytsia, turn near the sign for the hotel "Panorama Karpat", drive up for about 450 meters and turn right.

In the winter season, guests can order 2 meals a day.
