The Cottage "Simona" is located at the entrance to the village Solochyn, 5 km from the center of Svalyava, 400 m from the sanatorium "Kvitka Polonyny". The approach is via an asphalt road, 100 m from the highway.
Two-storey cottage with 4 rooms (14 places). Nearby there is a forest and a river, in the yard — a garden, gazebo, barbecue, sauna.
On the second floor there are semi-suites. In the rooms, there is a double bed, a TV, a wardrobe, a bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). In two rooms, there are additional places — a folding sofa. The kitchen is shared for 3 rooms. The Cottage "Simona" is located 5 km from the Svalyava railway station.

Accommodation for children is possible.

By public transport:
To Svalyava station by any train in the direction of Uzhhorod, then by bus, minibus, or taxi.
By car:
On the Kyiv — Lviv — Chop highway (M-06), in Svalyava turn towards the village Polyana, after the village Holubyn, at the entrance to the village Solochyn, turn right at the sanatorium "Kvitka Polonyny".

The cottage has a kitchen.
