Located in the center of the village of Osmoloda at Ivana Franka Street, 4 (Ivano-Frankivsk region, Rozhniativskyi district), 150 m from the bus stop, next to the road, 100 m from the Limnytsia River. The nearest cafe is 300 m away, and there is a shop nearby. The minimum rental period is 2 days. The minimum booking period for the New Year and May holidays is 3 days.
- In the first part: on the first floor - kitchen (gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, sink, dining table), double room (fold-out sofa, wardrobe, TV). On the second floor - 2 double rooms (each with a double bed or fold-out sofa, TV, one room has a wardrobe), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
- In the second part: on the first floor - kitchen (gas stove, dishes, sink, dining table); double room (2 single beds). On the second floor - triple room (fold-out sofa and single bed, wardrobe); quadruple room (4 single beds, wardrobe, TV).
- Room cleaning - daily, change of bed linen and towels (1 per person) - as needed.
- Autonomous water heating, cold and hot water available constantly.
- Meals by arrangement (own meat and dairy products, mushrooms, preserves). You can cook your own meals in the kitchen.
- There is an option to stay in tents on the territory.
