Homestead "Sokolynye Hnizdo" Mykulychyn

Homestead "Sokolynye Hnizdo" is located in the village of Mykulychyn and invites guests to a cottage for 9 persons and a small one for 2 adults and a child. Year of construction – 2004. Total area – 0.05 ha. Number of places – 12. Check-out time – 12:00. Location – central part of the village, 200 m to the bus station. The yard features a sauna, summer pool, parking (4 cars), barbecue, gazebo, relaxation area, and a well-lit yard. Minimum rental period - 3 days. Minimum booking period for the New Year and May holidays - 5 days.

• Cottage (2 floors, 9 places, total area 68 sq. m). On the first floor of the nine-person cottage, there is a lounge with a kitchen area (refrigerator, electric kettle, electric stove, dishes), dining room, and bathroom.
• On the second floor, there are three rooms for accommodation (double bed, double and single bed, double and two single beds). 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 3 single beds, 3 satellite TVs), fireplace hall (fireplace, soft seating, banquet table, satellite TV), kitchen for self-cooking (refrigerator, electric stove, tableware), 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink), number of towels – 1 per person. A common terrace with a view of the mountains and ski slopes.
• In another cottage on the second floor, there is a triple room with a double bed, sofa, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, table, satellite TV, microwave, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), number of towels - 1 per person.
• For the possibility of providing an additional place, please clarify when booking. Price from 150 UAH.
• The cottage has a kitchen for self-cooking. Ordering two meals a day is possible, approximate cost - 150 UAH per person.

A flexible discount system operates depending on the number of days of stay. For an additional fee, excursions can be organized, and ski equipment rental is provided.

Cottage "Sokolynye Hnizdo" is located in Mykulychyn, 100 meters from the center of the village. The distance to the ski resort "Bukovel" is 13.5 km, to Ivano-Frankivsk city - 94 km.

By bus or minibus from Ivano-Frankivsk towards - Mykulychyn, - Rakhiv. By car - to Ivano-Frankivsk, then along the H-09 highway, and in the center of the village Mykulychyn turn right from the main road. The homestead is located about 50 m up the hill.
