Cottage "Maya" is located in Mykulychyn village. The cottage is two-storey with 4 rooms (8-10 places), there is a gazebo and a barbecue area on the territory. Nearby is a river. On the first floor — a kitchen-living room (gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink, dining table, sofa bed, TV); twin room (double bed, dresser, TV); bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer). On the second floor — 3 twin rooms (double bed, dresser, TV), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer). Heating is autonomous water heating. Cold and hot water is available constantly. Cottage "Maya" is located 550 m from the railway station, 600 m from the Mykulychyn bus station.

By train to Ivano-Frankivsk, then by minibus, train Lviv–Rakhiv or diesel trains to Mykulychyn village. By car to Ivano-Frankivsk, then via the H-09 highway to Mykulychyn village. In Mykulychyn, drive through the center and turn left after the church. Then at the end of the street turn left again and drive to the homestead.
There is a kitchen for self-catering.
