Cottage "Malovanka" is located in the cottage village Bukovel Residence with access to slope 2R. The distance to the ski lift Lift №5 is 350 meters. The interior of the cottage is designed in a modern style. With a living area of 132 sq. m., the cottage is suitable for a company of four people and two children. On the first floor, there is a kitchen-studio with access to the terrace. There is a dining area and a lounge with a fireplace. The kitchen area is equipped with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, electric stove, oven, electric kettle, refrigerator). The terrace is equipped with a barbecue area and outdoor furniture. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms. A special feature of the cottage "Malovanka" is its own children's room equipped with a bunk bed, a soft armchair, and a writing desk. The distance from the cottage "Malovanka" to the city of Yaremche is 35 km, to the bus station in Ivano-Frankivsk – 110 km, to the railway station in Tatariv – 14.3 km.

The cottage "Malovanka" can be reached by car from Ivano-Frankivsk via the N09 highway.
