Kotedzh

The private homestead "Kotedzh" is located in the village of Yablunytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk region, 1.3 km from the "Voronenko" railway station, dating back to the Austro-Hungarian period. On the territory of the homestead, there are two two-storey cottages. One cottage accommodates 8 people. The second cottage offers a room for 4 people on the second floor.
The eight-person cottage is ideal for a family vacation or a pleasant gathering with friends. The well-equipped area features a large terrace with a barbecue (firewood for a fee), a sauna (usage for an additional fee), a summer pool, and a children's playground.
On the first floor – a hallway (clothes hanger); kitchen (electric stove, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes); living room with a fireplace (sofa, TV, dining table); sauna; bathroom (toilet, sink). On the second floor – 3 double rooms (each has a double bed, wardrobe or dressing room, TV, all rooms have a terrace; bathroom, shower cabin, sink); children's room (one room has a bunk bed, wardrobe, the other has a playroom).
The standard four-person room located in the second cottage has its own bathroom, a kitchenette area (refrigerator, kettle, electric stove, and microwave), and a dining area. There is a spacious terrace. Guests can use the barbecue area on the territory and a picnic spot (firewood for a fee). Also, during the summer season, guests have access to an outdoor pool.
The private homestead "Kotedzh" is located 17.4 km from the bus station to Yasinia and 6.5 km from the railway station in Vorokhta.

Additional places are not provided. Upon request, there is an option for a baby crib-playpen delivery.
Children under 6 years old can stay for free without an extra bed.

By public transport:
By bus or minibus from Ivano-Frankivsk to Yablunytsia, Rakhiv to Yablunytsky Pass, then by taxi.
By car:
To Ivano-Frankivsk, then along the N-09 highway to Yablunytsky Pass, after which it is possible to arrange a meeting with the hosts.

The cottage for 8 people has a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances (electric stove, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes). The room for 4 people has a refrigerator, kettle, electric stove, and microwave.
