The homestead "Hostynny Dvir" consists of a three-story building and a separate wooden cottage with a sauna and restaurant. Accommodation options include Economy, Junior Suite, and Suite categories. You can stay in: a double Deluxe room with a double bed, a triple economy room with three single beds, or in two suites with one double bed and one sofa bed in each.

Snowy slopes in winter, lush green forests in summer, an abundance of mushrooms and berries in autumn, steep mountain trails, and breathtaking mountain views - here, every guest with any vacation request will find relaxation. One building is wooden, housing a sauna, pool, and two Junior Suite rooms with all amenities. The other building is stone, three stories high, but also lined with wood inside, creating a special warm and cozy atmosphere in the house. On the first floor, there is a kitchen and six comfortable rooms: suites and junior suites. Each has a cozy interior, fresh modern renovation, hot shower, and television. Nearby the hotel, there is a café, bar, and a river. The distance to the railway station is 1 km (Volovec). The distance to the regional center is 100 km (Uzhhorod).

The hotel "Hostynny Dvir" features a shared sauna, terrace, and restaurant with menu service. Laundry and ironing services are provided for guests.

Various types of active recreation can be enjoyed near the accommodation, including cycling, fishing, and skiing. There are many hiking trails in the area and numerous attractions, including the Shypit waterfall (12.5 km from the hotel). A car trip from the hotel "Hostynny Dvir" to the Pylypets ski resort will take 20 minutes. Winter sports enthusiasts will have a great time at this resort.

The distance from the accommodation to Uzhhorod International Airport is 98 km. To reach the hotel by car, take the Kyiv-Lviv-Chop highway (M-06), turn onto Volovec after the village of Nyzhni Vorota. At the roundabout in the village, turn left and drive approximately 2 km. The homestead is located on the right side of the road.
