- Cottage No. 18 - on the first floor - fireplace hall (fireplace, TV, soft corner, refrigerator, air conditioning) and 2 junior suites, on the second - 2 suites, shared terrace. Junior suite - double bed or 2 single beds, TV, electric kettle, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Suite - two-room unit, double bed, TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, bathroom (bathtub, toilet, sink). Additional places - sofa bed in the living room.
- Cottages No. 23, 24. Junior suite (8 rooms) - double bed or 2 single beds, wardrobe, table, TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, balcony, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer).
- Breakfast is included in the price. Lunch - 170 UAH, dinner - 140 UAH. In the restaurant by menu. Restaurant for 100 seats, non-smoking hall, summer gazebos.
- Use of safe, iron, umbrellas in suites, luggage storage, cable TV.
- Room cleaning - at the client's request, change of bed linen and towels (2 per person) - once every 3 days or at the client's request.
