The two-story guest house "Pisnya Karpat" Dubyna opened and began receiving guests in early April 2019. The first floor is rented out (without owners), accommodating 2-6 people. The house is located 2.5 km from the town of Skole, 150 m from the Kyiv–Lviv–Chop highway. The nearest cafe is 2.5 km away, and the store is 2 km away.

The minimum rental period is 2 days. The minimum booking period for the New Year and May holidays is 3 days. THE PRICE is indicated based on accommodation for 3 persons, with an additional charge of + 100 UAH for each extra guest. Bringing pets into the house is prohibited. Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited. Children under 6 years old stay for free. A discount is available for stays of 4 days or more.

Nearby flows the river Opir. There is a protected area, the Kam'yanka waterfall, and the Dead Lake (3.5 km from the house). The nearest ski lifts are in Plav'ya (22 km), Slavske, Tyshovets, and Oryavchyk.

For guests, there is a spacious living room with a double sofa, a large TV; a kitchen (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, induction stove, kitchenware, dishes). Additionally, the house has two cozy bedrooms with double beds and bedside tables. For the convenience of guests, there is a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, towel dryer). Heating: electric convectors. Water supply: cold and hot water is available continuously.

In the surroundings, you can go hiking, fishing, and engage in other types of active recreation.

Guests prepare their own meals. Additional meals, transfers, ski rentals, and equipment are available by arrangement and are paid separately.

Travel to Skole station by any suburban train heading towards Uzhhorod, then take a taxi or minibus to Lviv to the village of Dubyna. By bus "Lviv-Skole" - from Lviv from bus station No. 8 (near the railway station) to the village of Dubyna. By car - take the Kyiv-Lviv-Chop highway (M06) to the village of Dubyna. In the village, turn right (turn towards the denim factory, there is a flag at the turn) and then take the first left. Drive straight to the cottage (on the right side of the road).
