Gray house

Cottage "Gray house" is located in the village of Pylypets. Guests have access to a two-story house, which includes a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a loggia, and a terrace. On the first floor of the cottage, there is one bedroom with a double bed, a living room equipped with a large leather sofa, a TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, oven, and a set of dishes. The bathroom has a shower cabin, washing machine, sink, and toilet. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a living room with a sofa bed, a TV, and a balcony with mountain views. The bathroom on the second floor is also equipped with a shower cabin, toilet, and sink. On the territory of the cottage, guests can use a barbecue, and access to Wi-Fi. Parking is located 25 meters from the house. Pets are allowed (upon request, with possible additional charges according to the accommodation rules). Next to the cottage, there is a hot tub, sauna, quad bike rental, and a souvenir market. The distance from the "Gray house" cottage to the ski lift is 2.6 km, to the lower station of the Pylypets Sky & Bike Park lift - 20 meters, to the Shypit waterfall - 1.5 km, to the Huklyvyi railway station - 10.2 km, to the Volovets station - 14.8 km.

Accommodation for children up to 6 years old is free of charge. The cost and availability of extra beds should be clarified when booking.

You can reach the hotel by your own transport or by train (the nearest station is in the town of Volovets).

The house has a fully equipped kitchen where guests can cook their own meals. Meals can be ordered from the restaurant "Pizzabo". Pre-booking a table and ordering dishes is possible.
