Eco-resort "Ozero Vita" Mykulychyn - Five modern comfortable wooden cottages in Carpathian style for 28-45 guests and a three-story building No. 1 with 10 rooms, a restaurant for 30 guests, and a sauna for 10 people. On the landscaped territory - a lake (swimming in summer, ice skating in winter), gazebos with barbecues. The complex is located in an ecologically clean area at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level on the shore of a mountain lake.

A restaurant that prepares dishes from its own farm products (Ukrainian cuisine). The residential building has 10 rooms with a conference hall and billiards. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV and wireless internet Wi-Fi.

Cottage "Ostriv" (4 rooms) - on the first floor there is a restaurant with a fireplace room. The cottage has four rooms: a two-level "luxury" (on the first level - a bedroom with a double bed, TV, refrigerator, and separate bathroom (shower and toilet separately), on the second level - a room with a one-and-a-half bed and TV); two double attic-type rooms (double bed, TV, refrigerator, bathroom - shower, toilet, sink); one double "semi-luxury" room (double bed, sofa bed, TV, bathroom - shower, toilet, sink).

Cottage "Cherenina" (3 rooms) - double room (sofa bed, folding chair, TV, bathroom, balcony with a view of the lake); single room (sofa bed, TV, bathroom, balcony with a view of the lake); double "semi-luxury" attic-type room (double bed, TV, sofa bed, bathroom).
Cottage "Borzhava" (2 rooms) - two double "family semi-luxuries". In the first room - double bed, sofa bed, TV, fireplace, bathroom. In the second room - on the first level: double bed, sofa bed, TV, bathroom; on the second half-level: two sleeping places, two balconies with a view of the Borzhava ridge.
Cottage "Lahuna" (4 rooms) - on the first floor there is a sauna with a relaxation room and fireplace. On the second floor, there is a refrigerator and a shared separate bathroom (shower and toilet separately). The cottage has four rooms: single (single bed, refrigerator, TV, balcony), double (double and single beds, TV, balcony with a view of the lake), double (double bed, TV, balcony with a view of the lake), attic (three separate beds, TV, there is a bathroom and refrigerator on the floor for this room).
Cottage "Kotovo" (3 rooms) - on the first floor of the cottage there is a one-room "Family semi-luxury" (double bed, sofa bed, large wardrobe, dish shelf, TV, refrigerator, bathroom, large terrace with a view of the lake). On the second floor - two double one-room rooms (each with a double bed, wardrobe, TV, refrigerator, bathroom, balcony with a view of the lake).
Three-story residential building (10 rooms) - on the first floor there is a conference hall (designed for 40 people with modern multimedia and sound system), billiards, table tennis; on the second floor - four double one-room rooms (two single beds, wardrobe, refrigerator, balcony with a view of the lake and bathroom) and one two-room family semi-luxury (double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, TV, refrigerator, balcony with a view of the lake and bathroom); on the third floor (all similar to the second) - four double rooms and one semi-luxury room.
