Eco-Resort "Khutir Tykhyi" is located in the village of Serhii, 40 km to the ski complex Pereval Nimchych, 10 km to the district center town of Putyla, not far from the T-66 01 road. The last 1 km is a gravel road. "Khutir Tykhyi" has 12 cottages (58 places), a restaurant (50 places), a Russian bath, a Finnish sauna, a massage room, a phyto-barrel, and an enclosure with wild animals. The administrative building has a reception area with a lounge. Heating: electric convectors, cold and hot water available constantly.

On the first floor - living room (soft corner, TV) with kitchen area (electric kettle, tableware, refrigerator), bathroom (toilet, sink, shower), terrace. On the second floor - bedroom (2 single beds that can be pushed together). The living room has 2 extra places. A comprehensive breakfast is included in the price.
- Chalet "Grand" for 4 main and 2 extra places (3 cottages). On the first floor - living room (fireplace, soft corner, TV), kitchen area (refrigerator, electric kettle, tableware), bathroom (toilet, sink, shower). On the second floor - 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds that can be pushed together; exit to a shared balcony), wardrobe. The living room has 2 extra places. A comprehensive breakfast is included in the price.
- Chalet "Luxury-1" for 4 main and 2 extra places (1 cottage). On the first floor - living room (fireplace, sofa bed, TV), kitchen area (refrigerator, electric kettle, tableware), bathroom (toilet, sink, shower, sauna). By car, it is better to take the Chernivtsi - Vyzhnytsia - Verkhovyna (R-62) road to the village of Ust-Putyla, turn left at the sign to the town of Putyla. Drive about 20 km to the village of Serhii, in the village at the sign "Khutir Tykhyi" turn right.
