Eco-Resort "Khutir Tykhyi" Serhii

Eco-Resort "Khutir Tykhyi" is located in the village of Serhii, 40 km to the ski complex Pereval Nimchych, 10 km to the district center town of Putyla, not far from the T-66 01 road. The last 1 km is a gravel road. "Khutir Tykhyi" has 12 cottages (58 places), a restaurant (50 places), a Russian bath, a Finnish sauna, a massage room, a phyto-barrel, and an enclosure with wild animals. The administrative building has a reception area with a lounge. Heating: electric convectors, cold and hot water available constantly.

The resort is unlike the usual recreation bases in the Carpathians. Here you will not encounter crowds of tourists or hear noise. This place is for those who do not wish to share their space with other vacationers, who value freedom and privacy. Guests stay not in hotel rooms, but in their own chalets. Guests can choose from two-story wooden cottages and dome houses (exclusive in Ukraine). All of them are designed for different numbers of guests. You can spend a romantic weekend in a compact house for two, or relax in the mountains with a large company in a "Luxury" class cottage.

• Chalet "Comfort" for 3 main and 1 extra place (5 cottages). On the first floor - living room (soft corner, TV) with kitchen area (electric kettle, tableware, refrigerator), bathroom (toilet, sink, shower), terrace. On the second floor - bedroom (2 single beds that can be pushed together). The living room has 2 extra places. A comprehensive breakfast is included in the price.
• Chalet "Grand" for 4 main and 2 extra places (3 cottages). On the first floor - living room (fireplace, soft corner, TV), kitchen area (refrigerator, electric kettle, tableware), bathroom (toilet, sink, shower). On the second floor - 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds that can be pushed together; exit to a shared balcony), wardrobe. The living room has 2 extra places. A comprehensive breakfast is included in the price.
• Chalet "Luxury-1" for 4 main and 2 extra places (1 cottage). On the first floor - living room (fireplace, sofa bed, TV), kitchen area (refrigerator, electric kettle, tableware), bathroom (toilet, sink, shower, sauna). On the second floor - 2 bedrooms (double or 2 single beds), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). The living room has 2 extra places. A comprehensive breakfast is included in the price.
• Chalet "Luxury-2" for 4 main and 1 extra places (1 cottage). On the first floor - living room (fireplace, sofa bed, TV), kitchen area (refrigerator, electric kettle, tableware), bathroom (toilet, sink, shower, sauna). On the second floor - 3 bedrooms (double or 2 single beds), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). The living room has 2 extra places. A comprehensive breakfast is included in the price.

Ukrainian and European cuisine, dishes from the grill. Room service is available.

• Treatment and wellness: Apitherapy (sleeping on beehives).
• Daily room cleaning, linen change - every 3 days, towel change (3 per person) - as needed.
• Russian bath for up to 6 people - 250 UAH per hour. Minimum order - 2 hours.
• Phyto-barrel - 100 UAH per person for 20 minutes. Massage. Horse riding: walk - 250 UAH, arena - 200 UAH per hour.
• Archery, knife throwing - 100 UAH per hour.
• Bicycle rental - 80 UAH per hour.
• Board games (checkers, chess, backgammon, dominoes), darts - free of charge.

Come to us by train, bus to the city of Chernivtsi, then by minibus from AS-1 to the town of Putyla, then by taxi. We recommend arranging a transfer. By car, it is better to take the Chernivtsi - Vyzhnytsia - Verkhovyna (R-62) road to the village of Ust-Putyla, turn left at the sign to the town of Putyla. Drive about 20 km to the village of Serhii, in the village at the sign "Khutir Tykhyi" turn right.
