Comfortable and cozy 3-room apartments for 6(+1) people with a kitchen and living room are available for rent, located on the central street in the village of Mykulychyn (along the central road that runs through our village). The apartments (with a separate entrance via wooden stairs) are situated on the 2nd floor of a two-story cottage. The 1st floor houses a utility room with its own entrance from the other side of the cottage. Cozy rooms are equipped with double beds (one room has two separate beds that are placed next to each other or can be separated), as well as wardrobes and televisions. Two rooms open onto a balcony with a view of the mountains and the yard. The kitchen is equipped with necessary appliances, furniture, and dishes for self-cooking. Heating is autonomous. Water is drinkable, cold, and hot 24/7 (boiler 100 l). Free Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation. You also have access to a gazebo with a barbecue, parking for cars, a swing, and a pond. Our nearest neighbors have a capital pool with solar heating measuring 6 by 8.5 m, with two depth levels - 1.30 m and 1.60 m, which can be visited for an additional fee.

Our cottage is located in a picturesque corner of the Carpathians: the windows of the house offer mountain views, and the Prut River flows just a 10-minute walk from us. The forest can be reached from our cottage in 15-20 minutes. Using public transport (the bus stop is 400 m away), you can easily reach Ivano-Frankivsk, Yaremche, Tatariv, Yablunytsia, Polyanytsia (Bukovel), Rakhiv, and other places, as well as nearby attractions such as the Probiy Waterfall (Yaremche), Huk Waterfall, trails, and the Dovbush Stone. There are several shops around us, the closest of which is 100 meters away. Approximately 2 km from us (about a 15-minute walk) is a 24-hour supermarket ("Norma") and the very famous Mykulychyn Brewery ("Hutsul Beer"). The nearest café "Dobrodiy" is located opposite the brewery. The spacious yard where the cottage "U Kuzmycha" is located allows children to play freely and walk pets. Swings and children's transport (scooter, bicycle, toy cars) diversify children's leisure. However, adults need to be attentive and watch over children and pets when going out onto the road.

The distance from the guest house to the railway station in the village of Mykulychyn is 2.5 km, and to Ivano-Frankivsk International Airport - 65 km.
