Cottage "Zatyshnyy Budynok" is located in the village of Izky, 2.5 km from the ski slopes. The cottage is a two-story wooden house with 2 rooms (the first and second floors can be booked separately). On the first floor, there is a two-room unit, kitchen, and bathroom. On the second floor, there is a one-room unit with a mini-kitchen and bathroom. Both floors have separate entrances. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower cabin, and washing machine (only on the first floor). For the comfort of guests, the cottage has round-the-clock water supply and autonomous water heating. Meals can be ordered for an additional fee. There is a swing and barbecue in the yard. The distance from the cottage "Zatyshnyy Budynok" to the railway station in Volovets is 19.6 km, to the ski resort Pylypets - 7 km, and to Lake Synevyr - 35 km.

How to get there: by trains heading to Uzhhorod to the railway station Volovets. To Izky by bus or taxi. For an additional fee, we will meet you in Volovets and bring you to Zatyshnyy Budynok.
Both floors have a kitchen. Meals can be ordered for an additional fee.
