Villa "Karpatska" with a restaurant is located in the village of Mykulychyn, 22 km from the Bukovel ski resort. Free private parking is available on site (no reservation needed). A four-story wooden cottage with 16-24 beds, a two-story cottage with 4 apartments.
On the fenced territory, there is a two-story gazebo with a barbecue and grill, a terrace, a children's playground, natural ponds, and a coniferous forest. The cottage is located deep in the forest, next to the Pruetets Chemihivskyi River, where you can swim in the summer. There is a private boiler room, and cold and hot (spring) water is available constantly.

- Apartments (4 rooms) - hallway (wardrobe), kitchen-living room (electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, sink, dishes, table with chairs, sofa, TV, balcony), double room (double bed, TV), bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer).
- Meals by arrangement, in the dining room on the first floor.
- Room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels.
Parking is secured, use of the gazebo, barbecue, safe (in each room), iron, taxi call. Bicycle rental. Sauna for 8 people with a jacuzzi. Badminton, chess, relaxation by the river. Hiking tours in the mountains, cycling. Berry, mushroom, and medicinal plant picking. There is also a tourist office, luggage storage, and a ski storage room.
The souvenir market and the Probiy waterfall in Yaremche are 10 km away. The distance from the villa to the Mykulychyn railway station is 3 km, and to Ivano-Frankivsk airport - 60 km.
By train to Ivano-Frankivsk, then by minibus, train Lviv - Rakhiv or diesel to the village of Mykulychyn. By car - to Ivano-Frankivsk, then along the H-09 highway to the village of Mykulychyn. In the village, turn left after the wooden (temporary) bridge, drive 3 km along the paved road. The homestead is located behind the forestry on the right at a distance of 300 m.
