Cottage "U medovomu rayu" is located in the village of Rostok, 5 km from the ski lift in Pylypets. The cottage is a two-story wooden house that can accommodate 8 people. On the first floor, there is a living room with a fireplace (TV, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, dishes, table), and a bathroom. On the second floor, there is a separate entrance from the street, with two rooms that can accommodate 4 people each. The property features a barbecue area, gazebo, swing, parking space for a car, and a small pond. Free wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) is provided on the premises. Guests have the opportunity to improve their health through apitherapy (treatment with bees - sleeping on beehives). Guests of the cottage can cook their own meals in the kitchen or order food for an additional fee. Meals for guests are prepared with homemade products: dairy and fermented dairy products, vegetables, fruits, and herbal teas. The nearest ski lift is 2 km from the house, and a shop is 500 m away. The distance from the cottage "U medovomu rayu" to the town of Mizhhirya is 28 km, to Lviv is 200 km, and to Uzhhorod is 122 km.

Children under 5 years old stay for free without an extra bed.

By any train heading to Uzhhorod (Kharkiv, Lysychansk) or by electric train from Lviv to Mukachevo to the Volovets station, then by bus or taxi. By personal car via the Kyiv-Lviv-Chop highway (M-06), in the village of Nyzhniy Vorota, turn towards Mizhhirya and drive to the village of Pylypets. Before the village, near the hotel "L'va", turn left and drive approximately 2.5 km to the cottage (on the left side of the road).

Food can be prepared on the barbecue or kitchen fire in the yard of the house. Guests can also order food for an additional fee. Meals for guests are prepared with homemade products: dairy and fermented dairy products, vegetables, fruits, poultry products, and herbal teas. Cottage No. 2 has a kitchen for self-catering.
