The private homestead "Stara Khata" is located in Pylypets, 3 km from the center of the village. It offers tourists 6 comfortable rooms equipped with cozy furniture and a television. The bathroom is shared and located on the floor. On the well-maintained territory of "Stara Khata", there is a garden, a swing, and a gazebo. Free parking and taxi call services are provided. Transfer is available for an additional fee. Upon request, excursions, mountain hikes, horseback riding, and sleigh rides can be organized. Guests have the opportunity to cook for themselves or order a 2-meal service (dishes of Ukrainian and Transcarpathian cuisine). The nearest ski lift "Mahura" is 1 km away, and the "Shypit" waterfall is 1.5 km away.

By public transport: any train heading to Uzhhorod or the electric train "Lviv-Mukachevo" to the station "Volovets", then by bus (except Saturday and Sunday) or by taxi. By car: on the "Kyiv - Lviv - Chop" highway (M-06), turn to Mizhhirya in the village of Nyzhni Voryta. In the village of Pylypets, turn at the sign "Under the Waterfall" and drive approximately 3 km. The house is on the left by the road.
Guests have the opportunity to cook for themselves. Meals can be ordered.
