Smerikova Khata

The private homestead "Smerikova Khata" is located in the village of Synyak, not far from the water treatment facility of the "Synyak" sanatorium. The homestead is a two-story building with 3 rooms. Each room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a television, a table with chairs, and a bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer). On the first floor of the homestead "Smerikova Khata", there is also a spacious hall with a large dining table and a kitchen for common use. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all necessary dishes. Guests are also provided with a washing machine, iron, and barbecue free of charge. There is parking near the house. For an additional fee, a Russian bath can also be ordered. The distance to the nearest ski lift is 900 meters. To the railway station "Mukachevo" - 28 km.

At the water treatment facility of the "Synyak" sanatorium (700 m from the house).

By public transport: to the station Karpaty or Mukachevo by any train towards Uzhhorod or by electric train Lviv-Mukachevo, then - by minibus to the "Synyak" sanatorium or order a transfer from the house owner. By car: along the Kyiv-Lviv-Chop highway (M-06) to the village of Karpaty, turn at the sign "Chynadiyevo", then - at the first turn to the right (near the bar "Snikers"). Drive towards the "Synyak" sanatorium, pass it, and drive to the end of the village; the house is located on the left side of the road.

The tourist fee is included in the room price.
