Cottage "Homestead Shchastya & Smerkovyi Chan" is located in the village of Polyanytsia. Guests have access to the second floor of the cottage with a separate entrance, which includes 3 bedrooms, each designed for 3 persons, equipped with a double bed and single beds, and a clothes rack. There is one bathroom on the floor for 3 rooms, equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Cold and hot water is available constantly. The floor also has a kitchen, which is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, dining table, and television. On the territory of the homestead, guests can use parking for cars, access to free Wi-Fi, a barbecue, and a place for drying skis and clothes. Pets are allowed with prior agreement. For an additional fee, guests can use the tub for 8-10 persons, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and transportation services. The distance from the cottage "Homestead Shchastya & Smerkovyi Chan" to the center of the village is 6.3 km, to the bus stop - 4.4 km, to the 2R lift in Bukovel (lift boarding) - 5.7 km, to the Tatary-Bukovel railway station - 9.9 km.

By public transport: from the bus station in Ivano-Frankivsk (located next to the railway station) by minibus to Bukovel. By car: to Ivano-Frankivsk, then along the H-09 highway, after the village of Tatariv turn to the village of Polyanytsia. Drive approximately 5 km and turn left up to the homestead. You can arrange a meeting with the hosts.

Meals are available by arrangement. You can cook your own meals in the equipped kitchen. The nearest cafe is 200 m away, and the store is 100 m away.
